Do I have to pay before delivery?+
No. Every order is cash on delivery. You pay the rider when the parcel reaches your address.
How long will my order take?+
Two to four working days for Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and other major cities. Four to six days for smaller towns. You will get a tracking number by SMS as soon as we dispatch.
Do the devices come with a warranty?+
Yes. All beauty devices carry a six-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing faults. Keep the box and the receipt.
Can I return something?+
Yes, within 30 days. Devices need to come back in their original packaging. Opened skincare can be returned if it caused a reaction.
Do you deliver to my city?+
We deliver to every city and most towns in Pakistan. If your area is hard to reach, our team will call you before dispatch.
How do I change or cancel an order?+
Message us on WhatsApp before the parcel is dispatched and we will update or cancel it. There is no charge.
