About Nikhaar

Nikhaar is a Pakistani health and beauty store. We sell hair care, skincare and at-home beauty devices, and we deliver anywhere in the country — with payment taken only once the parcel is in your hand.

Why cash on delivery

Buying beauty products online in Pakistan usually means paying first and hoping for the best. We do the opposite. Every order is cash on delivery: you pay the rider when the parcel arrives, so you are never out of pocket for something you have not yet seen. We call to confirm every order before it is dispatched.

What we stock

A deliberately short range rather than an endless catalogue. Each product is chosen because it addresses something customers actually ask us about — hairfall, uneven tone, acne, sun protection, or hair removal at home. If we would not recommend it to a friend, we do not list it.

Authenticity

We sell original products only. Devices carry a six-month replacement warranty against manufacturing faults. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, tell us within 30 days and we will put it right.

Honest claims

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. We describe what they contain and what they are formulated to do, and we do not promise cures or guaranteed results. Skincare works gradually and differently for everyone. If you have a diagnosed skin or scalp condition, please speak to a doctor or dermatologist before starting anything new.

Who we are

Nikhaar started from a frustration familiar to anyone who has shopped for beauty products in Pakistan. The genuine article was priced far above what it cost anywhere else, and everything affordable was almost certainly counterfeit. Worse, you usually had to pay first and only found out which one you had bought after the parcel arrived.

We built Nikhaar to take that gamble out of it. We source original products and price them at what they are actually worth, rather than at whatever an import label can be made to justify. And since asking people to pay upfront is precisely the trust problem we set out to solve, every order is cash on delivery. If what arrives is not what you expected, you have lost nothing.

That one principle decides everything else here: a short range we can genuinely vouch for instead of a catalogue we cannot, plain descriptions rather than miracle claims, and a number that a real person answers.
