This policy explains what we collect when you use nikhaarofficial.com, why, and what control you have over it. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

When you place an order

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your delivery address
• What you ordered and what it cost
• Any note you add to your order

We need all of this to deliver your order and to contact you about it. Without it we cannot fulfil an order.

When you create an account

Your email address, a securely hashed version of your password, and any addresses you choose to save. We never store your password in a readable form.

When you browse

We record anonymous usage data: which pages are viewed, roughly how many people are on the site at a time, the type of device used, the website you arrived from, and an approximate country or city derived from your connection. This is not linked to your name, and we do not use it to identify you.

This is also what powers the "people shopping right now" counter. It is a count of active sessions, not a record of individuals.

When you write a review

The name you give, your rating and your review text are published once approved. Your email address, if you provide one, is not published — it is only used to verify whether you bought the product.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, all necessary for the site to work:

• Cart — remembers what is in your basket between visits
• Session — keeps you signed in if you have an account
• Analytics — an anonymous identifier stored in your browser so a single visit is not counted repeatedly

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser will stop the cart working.

Who we share it with

• Courier companies — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your parcel
• Our email provider — your email address, to send order confirmations and delivery updates
• Our hosting provider — which stores the site and its database on our behalf

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to investigate fraud.

Marketing

We only email you about offers if you tick the box asking us to. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect order-related emails, which we must send to fulfil your order.

How long we keep it

• Order records — retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law
• Account details — until you ask us to delete your account
• Anonymous usage data — deleted after 90 days

Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form, and administrative access is restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Write to hello@nikhaarofficial.com to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, or to have your account and personal data deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain order records where the law requires it.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Some products, particularly devices, are not suitable for under-18s.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
