These terms apply to everything bought from nikhaarofficial.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who you are buying from

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm each order by phone before dispatch, and the contract is formed when we dispatch your parcel.

We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your area, if we cannot reach you to confirm, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, you owe nothing.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching rather than fulfil the order at that price.

4. Payment

Orders are cash on delivery. The courier collects payment at the delivery address. We never ask for payment in advance or for card details over the phone. If anyone claiming to be from Nikhaar asks you to transfer money before delivery, do not pay — contact us.

5. Delivery

Delivery times given on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Please give an address someone can receive a parcel at. If delivery fails repeatedly because nobody is available, the order may be cancelled and returned to us.

6. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel free of charge before dispatch. After dispatch, our returns policy applies — 30 days, with conditions set out on that page.

7. Warranty

Beauty devices carry a six-month replacement warranty against manufacturing faults from the delivery date. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear of consumable parts.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.

8. Product information and claims

We describe products as accurately as we can, but photographs are illustrative and packaging may change. Ingredient lists on the product itself take precedence over anything on this site.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is a medical claim, a diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor or dermatologist. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Please read our disclaimer before using any device.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate delivery details, to use products as directed on their packaging, and not to resell our products as your own without written permission.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
